Standard Ground Shipments
- Small items that are not easily broken/damaged such as faucets, ship ground UPS.
- Small items that are breakable, such as china lavatories,
are double boxed with protection (charge $9.00) and can be shipped via UPS.
- Large items, over 50 lbs. or over 42 inches long or wide, ship out via motor freight. These items are strapped to a pallet.
We also ship mirrors via motor freight and recommend double box and foam.
Air Shipments
- For faucets (and/or small accessories) under 20 lbs., you can use either UPS Next Day Air Saver $9.95 or UPS Second Day
Air Saver for $7.95. Please keep in mind that 20 lbs. includes the weight of the box and packaging. These shipments
guarantee delivery to a business before 5 p.m. or by 7 p.m. to a residence.
- Early morning arrivals are available for a higher charge. Rates vary.
- For large items, call us. We can ship items as large as whirlpools on an air carrier; however, next-day delivery may
not be available in some areas. These items are priced per order and rates vary.

from Kohler.
- These units ship at the Class 400 rate. Your freight will be no less than $125.
- Normal tubs and whirlpools ship as large items under Standard Ground Shipments.
