Returning products to the Stock Market is easy...
Follow these simple guidelines for returns:
For cancellations, please call the Stock Market or submit the Return Authorization Form to receive a return authorization number as soon as your customer notifies you. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in resalable condition. There is a 15% restocking fee in addition to return freight costs.
Once you receive your return authorization number, products must be returned to our supplying distribution center within 30 days. The Return Authorization Form must be completed before returning the products.
Return freight charges are your responsibility if a customer cancels an order. If the products have been shipped incorrectly or are defective, return freight is prepaid and will be credited to your account. Products must be returned by the carrier of our choice to ensure minimal cost. If you have extenuating circumstances, one of our customer service representatives will work with you to resolve problems.
For defective items, we may suggest service parts that are covered under product warranty or a visit from the manufacturing service representative. If the entire item is determined defective, the product may need to be returned for replacement.
Lost or damaged items must be reported within 10 days.
